I have 1x2TB (WD Caviar Green) and 2x1.5TB (Hitachi Deskstar) HDDs physically installed into my XL100.

I find the wireless n network very flakey - too many neighbours with competing LANs - so am not interested in a NAS.

Am currently doing a backup & cleanup exercise on my data in order to free up a drive (or a partition on a drive at least) for a daily/weekly backup.

To be honest, I don't see myself buying a new HDD (or a SSD) until one of my existing HDDs dies.
