Hey there, I upgraded my XL100 to Windows 7 (32-bit) a couple of months ago. All going fairly well except I'm struggling to find a stable Nvidia 6600 Video driver.

Windows automatically installed 181.65 which is not even W7 compatible! It then installed 185.93 which seemed to be fairly stable but Media Center would crash now & again on returning from the desktop.

I have tried 191.07 & 195.62 but I get blue screen errors upon waking from standby to record TV (records about 7 segments appox. 2mins each of the programme & then crashes).

What dirver is everyone else using?

Vaio VGX-XL100
2Gb Memory
1.25Tb Storage
Samsung TV LE32R74BDX
UPC Digital Cable TV STB

I think it does depend a little on the tv you view the computer on. Ive had loads of problems with drivers on my xl201. Use the 178.24 drivers. They are for windows vista but will work fine in 7. You may have problems with games and HD content however.
